Unfinished transaction on Mobile pos
In the event of an unfinished transaction on the Mobile POS, the only method to complete the transaction is by logging in and closing the "Email" option. The staff member can enter one of the following email addresses:

There is no way to reprint the receipt while the Mobile POS displays an unfinished transaction.
If the staff member reports that the system did not allow them to proceed or that the Mobile POS froze, instruct them to restart the Mobile POS and attempt the process again from the beginning. This ensures the system is reset and allows for a fresh attempt at resolving the transaction.
This troubleshooting step is crucial for ensuring that the transaction is properly closed and completed.
