EFTPOS issue on MPOS- transaction declined
When a transaction is declined on an mPOS device, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
Obtain the Device Serial Number
Request the serial number of the mPOS device from the user.

Check the Failed Transaction in the Database

Review the Error Code
If the error code is "03" or "04", escalate the issue to T2P for further assistance.
If the error indicates a connection or server-related issue, proceed to the next step.

Check Remote iAgent XMLview
Use Remote iAgent XMLview to verify the status of the last transaction.
