Error running RIView in sbapprdp

Users might get below error when running the RIView on RI or sbapprdp server:

To fix this, login to sbapprdp server (with domain admin or local admin access) .

Jump into Retail IDEAS 5.0 folder and run the configuration:

Default settings:

Server name: sqlhub ; Database name: IDEAS500

Finish.

Run this config twice if still getting same error on RIView.

Another to confirm is the below settings on user profile for the RIView properties:

The program should work as normal once these are done.

Make sure the user session has V drive mapped to \\hbi\R_IDEAS in this profile ; then only they should be able to see the items in the app as below:
