Error during web order search
This article is based on the real time case:
Store 262c are unable to load web orders on the POS. When they select web order from the main menu they get a close POS error I have checked the logs and found below

Solution:
That is a known issue with all searchers. In very particular conditions, with a certain mixt of details, in this case web orders info the system cannot render the list. The solution is to add a column to change the mixt. In PlatyPOS client folder there are some .col files and for this screen we have TWebOrdSel.col and one with extra column TWebOrdSel - Copy.col. The solution is to rename TWebOrdSel.col to TWebOrdSel - Copy1.col and ,then, TWebOrdSel - Copy.col to TWebOrdSel.col.
