Step 6:
Right-click next to the new POS number and select ‘Get Serial Number…’

Step 7:
Select the POS on the dashboard and choose:
‘Recovery’ → ‘Add New Lane/Restore Bkp From Main Lane’

Step 8:
Follow the prompts and ensure there are no responses in RED.

Keep selecting next till the final part
Step 9:
Once the process is complete, the POS will be ready to use.
P.S IF YOU GET THIS ERROR IT MEANS WE NEED TO MAKE SURE THE IAGENT IN THE NEW POS IS NOT RUNING AND ALSO MAKE SURE THE COMMS SERVER IS RUNNING IN THE MAIN LANE. IF THE COMMS SERVER CAN NOT RUN, WE HAVE TO RESTART THE MAIN LANE. AND THEN DO THE BACK UP ON POS 1 AND AFTER THAN START STEP 7 AGAIN.
